4% for the capital cost or 10,000 USD whichever is higher.
2% for the capital cost will be applied if the contract value more than 10 million USD.

SPSC to propose procurement strategy, project implementation plan and transportation strategy.
Project supervision and inspection budget will be proposed by SPSC and approved by client.
Strategic sourcingservices can be charged at monthly basis, monthly report will be provided. The supplier can be client nominated, or SPSC strategic partners
The contract is between supplier and client, SPSC get paid by the client at the time of contract awarded.
Inspection service will be provided by own staffs or strategic inspectioncompaniesat day rate of 350 USD or 6,000 USD monthly rate. Self developed system will be applied on the project for fee currently.
